Whether we are faced with simple or complicated situations, the right answer is not always clear. Additionally, many times office politics, relationships, ego, and fear interfere with our ability to make the right decision in a timely fashion. This course takes a comprehensive approach to the topic by exploring the most effective approaches to decision making, the barriers and complicating factors that keep us from deciding, the organizational dynamics that cloud our thought process and the reasons why emotions are a critical yet forgotten part of the decision-making process. Participants will also learn how their personal biases and judgments can negatively taint the decision-making process and how to overcome these challenges.
